Why We Built AdoreQP
The Hungarian property market is one of Europe’s most attractively valued — Budapest apartments still trade at roughly half the price of Vienna or Prague, Balaton offers premium second-home destinations at Central European prices, and regional cities like Debrecen and Győr combine real economic fundamentals with entry prices Western Europe hasn’t seen in years. Rental yields across much of the country meaningfully outperform Western Europe.
But for international buyers, that opportunity has historically been hard to access. Hungarian property portals are built for Hungarian speakers, agency websites vary wildly in quality, and English-language market analysis is thin and often outdated. Foreign buyers frequently make major decisions on incomplete information, or give up before they start.

The Adore Approved badge is a mark of trust for buyers, and a mark of quality for sellers. When you see it on a listing, it means the property has been reviewed by our team and meets a standard of transparency that most listings never reach.
What the badge guarantees a buyer will find
A detailed written description — not a two-line summary, but a real account of the property’s layout, condition, materials, and character. What the light is like, what the neighbourhood sounds like on a Sunday morning, what has been renovated and what has not.
A photograph of every room — not just the best-looking ones. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, hallways, balconies, storage. Well-lit, taken in daylight, at a resolution that lets you see the details that matter.
A proportionate floor plan — a scaled layout of the property with room labels and square metres, so you can visualise how the space actually flows before you ever set foot inside. For buildings with multiple floors, a plan for each.
We ask for these things because we believe buyers deserve to fall in love with a property before they see it in person — not to be surprised by what was hidden from the listing.
How to earn the badge
Any agency, developer, or private seller listing with AdoreQP can apply. There is no fee. Our team reviews each application against the criteria above and either approves the listing or comes back to you with what’s missing. Approved listings are placed in a dedicated section of the site and receive priority visibility across our featured content.
